Wednesday 16 November – U11 Hockey v Littlegarth & Gosfield

On Wednesday 16 November, the U11 Hockey Squad travelled to Littlegarth to play some friendly matches. We had several players missing but that didn’t affect our determination. Our A & B teams played Littlegarth in the first match. It took us a while to get used to playing on grass, but we soon created many goal scoring opportunities. The A team unfortunately lost 2-0 with Amelia being voted as Player of the match. Whilst the B team secured a 1-1 draw with Poppy scoring and being voted player of the match.

In our second matches against Gosfield the score line was in our favour. with The A team winning 1-0, scored by Marti and Elodie being voted player of the match. The B team won 4-0 with goals scored by Katie and Poppy. Mrs Lilley and Mrs Byford are very proud of the progress the girls have made.
