U11 Netball v Gosfield

There were some outstanding performances by our under 11 netball teams against Gosfield on Wednesday 23 March. The A team won convincingly by 19 goals to 1. Ebun was voted player of the match. The B team performed equally as well with a 10-1 win. Elsa was player of the match here. Well done to all!

Year 5 Sports Ambassadors

On Thursday 24 March, 10 year 5 girls completed their Bronze Sports Ambassadors Award. Their final challenge was to organise, plan and officiated an event for some of our younger pupils. Year 2 pupils were treated to an interhouse netball tournament and Year 3 hockey. The leaders were amazing, showing skills that are often used by teachers and coaches. They delivered a warm up and coached the girls throughout the games. Everyone had a great time in the sunshine!

Year 5 then received their certificates and badges from Miss Dey from Colchester and Blackwater school sports Partnership.

Well done to Audrey, Amelia, Holly, Elodie, Rosie, Katie, Ella, Harriet, Anika and Christina.
