Year 11 Netball v Colchester High School

On Tuesday, our Year 11s played their first netball match of the season at home against Colchester High School. We managed four swift quarters before it got too dark. The girls all played well and had great attacking play throughout.  Some great interceptions from defence in this fast paced and exciting game.  Final score was 12-9 to St Mary’s!

Wednesday 24 November

Cut Hedge Cross Country, Gosfield 

Another brilliant team effort from our girls on Wednesday at Gosfield. It was a radically different terrain from the run at Northern Gateway with much more mud and forest in parts!

They all gave 100% as always, and with the combined results of the first four runners home, we came second in the Girls’ Year 7/8 category combined.

The Lower school also came second in their category!
