On World Book Day, Thursday 5 March, we will be handing out the special £1 World Book Day tokens at the Senior School which girls will be able to redeem at a book sale which will be held in the Library at lunchtime. Books will be provided by Red Lion Books from Colchester High Street. The selection will include the special £1 World Book Day books aimed at teens https://www.worldbookday.com/books/
This is always a lovely event as it gives everyone the opportunity to look at a wide selection of books with their friends, discuss them, share and pick up recommendations.
I would expect the cover price of most books, to be between £7 and £8.
Alternatively the girls can take their vouchers and exchange them on another day in any participating shop to get £1 off of any book costing £2.99 or more, before 29 March.
