Upcoming author visit

Moving forward, preparations are well underway for our next author event which will take place at the end of March when Penny Joelson will be joining us for an afternoon to speak to Years 7 and 8 – in the Library of course! She will be signing books for the whole school at lunchtime.

Mrs Mitchell and I met Penny last June at the Children’s Book Award ceremony in London when she won the prize in the Books for Older Readers category for ‘I Have No Secrets’.
