Wedding Dress Design Competition

Three St Mary’s Year 10 GCSE Textiles students are finalists in a competition organised by bridal wear design company Sasha James! The work from Amelie, Eva and Emilia is being taken to the manufacturers in China, where the design and development team there and the company owner Phillip Scoging, will select and make up the most commercially viable design. The winning dress will be part of Sasha James’ Spring/Summer 2019 collection. The standard of work submitted from the girls was amazing, well done to everyone who took part. We will update when the overall winner is announced.
