St Mary’s awarded Global Membership of Round Square!

This week we received the good news that St Mary’s has been awarded Global Membership of the Round Square organisation. In our first year of association with Round Square, our students have already benefited hugely – as well as delegations of girls making international links as representatives of the school at Conferences in South Africa, Denmark and in the UK, the entire school community has quickly embraced the Round Square IDEALS. This has given a great boost to the good work already ingrained in the St Mary’s ethos in the areas of internationalism, democracy, environmentalism, adventure, leadership and service. Our global status in this prestigious association will give us even more scope to share our expertise with schools around the world, while at the same time learning from them, further broadening our students’ horizons.
