St Mary’s Independent School is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Head of Faculty for Humanities who is, ideally, a specialist Geography teacher. We are a highly successful independent day school for girls aged 3-16 years and boys aged 3-4 years, a member of the Girls’ Schools Association, the Independent Association of Prep Schools and the prestigious Round Square organisation.
You will be an enthusiastic and suitably qualified teacher who can demonstrate effective teaching in Geography, up to and including GCSE level and potentially History up to KS3 level. The successful applicant will be responsible for the teaching, learning and achievement of pupils, whilst working to fulfil the overall aims of the School by inspiring pupils to be the best they can be within a nurturing and supporting environment.
