We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated English Teacher at St Mary’s Senior School. St Mary’s Colchester is a highly successful independent day school for girls aged 3-16 years and boys aged 3-4 years, a member of the Girls’ Schools Association, the Independent Association of Prep Schools, the Independent Schools Association and the prestigious Round Square organisation.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and suitably qualified teacher who is responsible for the teaching, learning and achievement of students, whilst working to fulfil the overall aims of the School by inspiring students to be the best they can be within a nurturing and supporting environment. The post holder will be expected to carry out the professional duties of a teacher to secure the highest standards of learning and achievement for students within an atmosphere where students feel challenged, valued, safe and secure.
