The Assistant Head of Pastoral and Wellbeing role is a key member of the Senior School Management Team, reporting to the Head of the Senior School. The successful candidate will be involved in the responsibility for the pastoral provision and promotion of student wellbeing within the Senior School, along with the safeguarding and welfare of students across the whole school. The individual will work with the whole school staff, Heads of Year, the Head of the Senior School and the Assistant Head (Pastoral) of the Lower School. The individual may be expected to teach a small timetable if so required.
