The Assistant Head of Senior School (Pastoral and Well-Being) is a key member of the Senior School’s wider leadership team. They will be involved with the responsibility of the pastoral provision and promotion of pupil well-being within the Senior School. The individual will manage a team of Phase Leads, the SENCo, and the PSHE Lead within the Senior School and will work closely with all staff members. The individual will be expected to teach up to 40% of a full timetable within the Senior School.
