World Book Day sale

The World Book Day sale proved very popular with many girls exchanging their vouchers for one of the £1 books. Others put their voucher towards the cost of one of the full priced books supplied by the Red Lion bookshop. Books in the mystery, fantasy or crime fiction genres proved most popular and although no one author really stood out in popularity all three books in the Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children series by Ransom Riggs sold. So Ransom Riggs is probably the author with the biggest smile based on our sales!
