Miss Anwen Jones

Miss Anwen Jones has responsibility for the day to day management of the Senior School, both pastoral and academic. She has worked extensively in both the Primary and Secondary sectors in Essex, teaching Geography and Maths and working as a class teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator. She joined St Mary’s in 1998, becoming Senior Teacher in 2004 before being
appointed Vice Principal in September 2006 and Director of Senior School in 2012.

Miss Jones is committed to ensuring that girls are given the opportunity to develop their full potential in a stimulating, safe and happy environment, providing them with the skills to embrace the challenges of the future. She has three grown-up children.
