Year 5 pupils enjoy visit from a Viking warrior!

On Monday 21 October, Year 5 enjoyed a visit from a Viking warrior! The girls re-enacted the Viking raid on Lindisfarne, practised their war cry, handled some real Viking weapons and studied a collection of artifacts before taking part in a Viking funeral.

The girls thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and expanding their knowledge of life in the Viking era.
