Exam Results

St. Mary’s is proud of its exam results record, and is consistently among the best performing schools in the area.

In 2011, 92 per cent of its pupils achieved five A* to C grades at GCSE .

Of the 60 girls who sat the exams this year, 22 per cent of pupils achieved seven or more A* or A grades. Top marks were also awarded to six students who received nine  or more A*/A grades.

Many departments enjoyed a 100 per cent pass rate at grades A*-C including English, Humanities, Classics and Core Science.

We are also proud of our exam results from the Lower School, preparing pupils for entrance to a wide range of schools.
