We have a very low staff turnover at St Mary's, but occasionally we are in the position to invite suitably qualified individuals to join our friendly, close-knit team.

St Mary’s is a happy, high achieving independent day school for girls aged 3-16 years and boys aged 3-4 years, a member of both the Girls’ Schools Association and Independent Association of Preparatory Schools.

Minibus driver (part-time, term-time)

We are looking to appoint a part-time Minibus Driver, to drive one of the School minibuses for our students on a daily route. 

In addition to providing an excellent service and maintaining our high standards, the successful candidate must be reliable, approachable and able to work on their own initiative. It is essential that the appointed person has a full driving licence with a D1 entitlement and must pass the Minibus (MiDAS) one-day driving assessment before transporting students.

This position is a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, consisting of 4 hours per day spread over two shifts, term-time only. In return we offer a competitive salary and INSET/training days.
